Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason. The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date you received the goods or from when a third party, appointed by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the product. To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us by sending a clear statement of your decision. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and no fees will be incurred for this process.

Conditions for Returns

For the goods to be eligible for return, please ensure:

• The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The goods are in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized goods.
• Perishable goods or items with an expired shelf life.
• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once opened.
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion. Only regularly priced goods may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
